Within the scope of Renew Yourself, I have an “Online Holistic Nutrition Health Coaching Program”. Our one-to-one sessions in the form of video calls via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom takes 30 minutes a week. In our first session I get to know you better. I evaluate your personal information, nutritional habits and details about your health status. We will discuss what time you wake up in the morning, what time you go to sleep at night, and all other details about your daily life. I prepare the appropriate healthy nutrition guide for you and teach you the right nutritional combinations. Alongside help you to reach your healthy weight. I will be with you throughout the day from the moment you wake up in the morning till you go to sleep through what app.

What is the difference between holistic nutrition program and classical dieting program?

First of all I am not focusing on “eat this but not that” part. I am taking the subject deeper than that. You will not meet a traditional weight loss program, in shortly. My aim is to focus on habit change, mindset change, and to reach the deeper and lasting transformation. My coaching technique is centred around psychology, physiology and behaviour change. By experiencing this program, your relationship with the foods you consume, your body and of course yourself will change eternally. Of course in a good way!

How much time do I need each week?

Over the course we work together we will have weekly video calls. It will take 30 minutes and will be conducted by me via Facetime, WhatsApp or Zoom. Before those video calls you are responsible for completing the daily exercise programs and daily nutritional lessons.
